Herd Property Group LLC (HPG) is a fully intergrated real estate investment and management firm whose geographic focus is centered around Northern New Jersey and the Charlotte, North Carolina markets. HPG specializes in small to medium sized properties located in high traffic retail corridores. Our New Jersey properties are street retail or mixed use with on site parking and our Carolina properties are typically multi tenant retail shadow anchored by major national merchants such as Wal-Mart, TJ Max, Harris Teeter, Talbot's, and Kohl's. Our centers offer small shop space to businesses that can not be accomodated in the larger floor plates of big box buildings while still providing the exposure and high traffic that the majors bring to the area. Our Tenants include regional and national brands such as Verizon Wireless, Pittsburgh Paints, T-Mobile, H&R Block, Scottrade and Marble Slab Creamery just to name a few.
