Steven Rosenberg is a principal of Herd Property Group LLC. Mr. Rosenberg's background includes operations, management and labor negotiations as the owner and operator of businesses with sales ranging from $1,000,000 to over $100,000,000 per year and his entrepreneurial experience has included residential construction, real estate investment, and private business ownership. Mr. Rosenberg's experience and ability to evaluate, successfully negotiate and close deals has proven to be an invaluable asset to our organization

ANDREW SCHWARTZ, MEMBER

Andrew Schwartz is a principal of Herd Property Group LLC. Mr. Schwartz has served as a commercial real estate broker/salesman with the national real estate firm of Cushman & Wakefield, where he negotiated large sale and lease transactions for such corporations as Federal Express, United Parcel Service and International Fidelity Insurance Company. He has served as an investment advisor for Morgan Stanley and other Wall Street firms where his clients have included major multi-billion dollar institutional investors. Mr. Schwartz has a degree in mechanical engineering from Rice University
