February 2016: Herd Property Group signs leases with.Sake Japan Hibachi & Ramen and Kure Vaporium & Lounge. This will be Sake Japan’s first location in Rock Hill as they take 1,691 SF in the center. Kure will take 1,389 SF, and this will be their seventh area location.

May 2015: Herd Property Group signs a three year lease with Benchmark Physical Therapy at Belle Hollow Shoppes in Hickory NC. Benchmark and its affiliates operate 200 locations in the south east.

October 2014: Herd Property Group purchases Hawthorne Village retail propertiy located in the Veiwmont section of Hickory, NC. The proporty is shadow anchored be Walgreens and a 100 + unit residential complex.

September 2013: Herd Property Group purchases three retail properties located on Franklin Avenue in Nutley, New Jersey.
The properties consist of seven retail units and three residential units along with on site parking.

November 2010: Herd Property Group signs a five year lease with Marble Slab Creamery at the Fountain Shoppes in Manchester Village Rock Hill, SC.

November 2009: Herd Property Group signs a ten year lease with Wild Wok Asian Bistro at the Belle Hollow Shoppes in Hickory, NC.

March 2007: Herd Property Group signs a five year lease with UltraTan. With over 65 lacations UltraTan is the largest independently owned tanning salon in the southeast.

February 2007: Herd Property Group purchases the Belle Hollow Shoppes, an out parcel to the Belle Holllow Shopping Center in Hickory, NC.

November 2006: Herd Property Group signs a five year lease with Fuel Pizza Cafe. This is the ninth location for the NYC headquartered pizza chain.

February 2006: Herd Property Group purchases Northlite Commons III, an out parcel to the 750,000 square foot Northlite Power Center in Kannapolis, NC.

June 2005: Herd Property Group purchases The Shoppes On The Fountain. The Shoppes On The Fountain is
an out parcel to the Manchester Shopping Village located in Rock Hill, SC.
